Time for change: Dhoni VS Kohli

MSD who had done little wrong in past few years, being at the helm is replaced by Virat Kolhi on the name of side strain.
Known to be a born leader and a person with exemplary confidence and the power to remain bold and unfazed even in worst is now under scanner. His poise in explaining away defeats was once engaging but increasingly sounds like gimmick of words. Known as game finisher, who can feel the joy of hitting the cricket ball into orbit,  who remains calm in all situations is once again on the question of captainship -- but is he the real culprit???
Like many other professional leaders, he too have his own style of leading the team -- style which has given success in all formats of game, but leaders alone can't win the battle.
Success and failures are two sides of coin which can be a result of leadership style, camaraderie he creates in the team or on the overall team performance. He can strategies when he is in the shoes of captain and can bat as an player, but team's success is a collective effort. He became captain not because of luck factor but due to his skills and the faith and support which he has attained by his hard work from senior players like Sachin, Ganguly and Rahul.
Whereas on other hands, Virat who is known to be a young, passionate, talented and ambitious person -- Aggressive player whose early reputation suggested his bark was more incisive than his bite.
