Fitness first- Basic fitness tips for good health


In this busy world it is very important to keep yourself fit and healthy.
1. Start your day early morning and have 1 banana.
2. Have a 2-3 Km running session or swim for half n hour with some stretching exercise or yoga.
3. Have a heavy breakfast (try to have kiwi or any vitamin c abundant fruit in breakfast, 
rich in Vitamin C , Vitamin E , potassium, dietary fiber and magnesium)
